Alllrrrrriiiggghttt guys, I'm back! 
So here's what I think we should start off the year with...
January 3rd-7th: The Bird is the Word
Advertise everywhere. Get members. Keep the activity flowing with not just the average threads but the threads that actually spark conversation.
January 8th & 9th: Feed the Bird
Start posting up some feed. I'll have a template for feed posts up by then. You don't just have to post things all about technology, you can also post things about tech or web related companies such as Google, Forumotion, etc.
More to add with suggestions.
